BIRDS OF THE NORTH NORFOLK COAST

A Winter Bird Watching Break in February

Norfolk birdlifeFor the last few years, we have enjoyed an end of winter trip to the bird watching heaven of the North Norfolk coast. This region of long beaches, shingle ridges, coastal lagoons and reedbeds is rightly renowned as a bird watcher's paradise. Winter is a great season to find large numbers of common and unusual birds there, and we stay on the doorstep of some of the top bird reserves in the country. The village where we stay has a windmill, an old church and several interesting little shops. The restaurants serve excellent food, including locally caught seafood.

The group will be small and beginners are welcome. If you would like to join us, a brochure containing full details will be available from September but, due to popular demand, make sure that you contact us well before the end of December.

French CoastFRENCH HOLIDAYS

We have had many wonderful bird watching trips to various beautiful regions of France. However, with the current unfavourable exchange rates, regrettably we are left with no option but to postpone further group trips. We shall continue to holiday in France by ourselves, and we hope that sometime in the future we can offer more French adventures.
